Dr. Jason Kaplan completed his undergraduate studies at Life University in Atlanta, GA where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology, specializing in sports, disc and dynamic structural injuries. While attending Parker, he worked in the school’s public clinic as their decompression expert where he trained clinic doctors and interns while also treating his own patients.

Since graduation he has worked with professional athletes from all over the world who sought treatment from Dr. Kaplan and his clinic.  He has worked with professional athletes, from the PGA, LPGA, NBA as well as baseball players from the National & American leagues.  Jason has worked with many current Hall of Famers.

Dr. Jason Kaplan is a third generation chiropractor.  Chiropractic has been in his family for over 80 years.  Dr. Kaplan attended one of the most prestigious chiropractic colleges in America, Parker University to pursue his chiropractic dream.  While a student, Dr. Kaplan was soon recognized as one of the premier doctors on disc injuries and spinal decompression.  Dr. Jason was the instructor to all interns as well as faculty and was recognized after graduation to now be included as an adjunct professor. He is one of the youngest doctors in America to revive this prestigious appointment.

Dr. Kaplan has been acknowledged as a master technician with many of the most widely used adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, Toggle, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Applied Kinesiology (AK), Flexion Distraction, and Extremity adjusting.  He also has extensive training in pediatrics and nutrition, along with certifications in cold laser and Graston.  His laser experience has also allowed him to work with horses and other animals.

While at Parker University, Dr. Kaplan worked and taught in the school’s public clinic as their decompression expert where he trained clinic doctors and interns while also treating his own patients. Dr. Kaplan has experience in providing specialized care for patients suffering from both cervical and lumbar back problems. Dr. Kaplan has experience beyond his years in providing specialized care for patients suffering from both cervical and lumbar disc herniations, as well as spinal stenosis, neuropathy and degenerative changes to the disc and vertebra, and spinal stenosis.

Dr. Kaplan was one of the youngest doctors in America to be nationally certified in non-surgical spinal decompression. Dr. Kaplan is not only nationally certified in non-surgical spinal decompression, he is considered as one of the most followed doctors as well as one of the instructors for the National Decompression Certification Course at Parker University.  This unique certification program has been approved by Parker University & by the International Medical Advisory Board for spinal decompression and is the first decompression program of its kind to be offered in America.

Dr. Kaplan is originally from South Florida. He attended Florida Air Academy and St. Leo’s University before engaging in his chiropractic career. Dr. Kaplan and his wife, Dr. Stephanie Kaplan love practicing and living in Wellington, Florida.

Erica Fletcher is a certified manual physical therapist in private practice outside Philadelphia at Fletcher Physical Therapy in Narberth, Pennsylvania.
